HOW TO START A RETURN
We handle returns directly through your account. No messy forms, no long wait times.
1. Sign In: Go to casebob.com/account.
2. Select Order: Find the order with the item(s) you want to return.
3. Request: Click "Request Return" and select your reason.
4. Check Email: We review all requests within 24 hours and send you the correct warehouse address.
Pro Tip: Do not ship items back until your request is approved. Packages sent without an authorized return tracking number cannot be processed.
CONDITION
Must be unused and in original packaging. Used items are not eligible for return.
14-DAY RULE
Once approved, provide tracking within 14 days or the ticket automatically closes.
SHIPPING
Customer covers return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Detailed Policy & Terms
1. Standard Returns
Returns are accepted within 100 days of delivery. If an item is returned showing signs of use, we reserve the right to reject the return or deduct a fee reflecting the diminished value. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. 12-Month Limited Warranty
We stand by our quality. CASE·BOB offers a 12-Month Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects like abnormal print peeling or hardware failures (e.g., detached MagSafe rings).
- Not Covered: Normal wear and tear (scratches/scuffs), or natural yellowing of clear TPU materials (this is a natural reaction to UV exposure and skin oils).
- Impact Damage: If the case cracks from a drop, it did its job by saving your phone. Accidental damage is not covered.
Approved claims receive a one-time free replacement. No refunds are issued for warranty claims.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
We bear the legal risk of loss until the package is officially marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Once a shipment is confirmed as delivered to your specified address, the contract of carriage is fulfilled, and CASE·BOB is no longer liable for theft, "porch piracy," or loss occurring at your property.
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find the package:
- Check with neighbors, building managers, or hidden delivery spots (behind bushes/pillars).
- Contact the local courier office immediately to request the GPS coordinates of the delivery scan.
- In cases of suspected theft, you must file a report with your local police and the carrier.
Strict Policy: We do not issue refunds or free replacements for items that have been officially confirmed as delivered by the postal service. To ensure safe arrival, please provide a secure delivery address where someone is available to receive the package.
