PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
// ART DIRECTION // Orbital Telemetry Drift
The Orbital Telemetry Drift design by CASE·BOB is an exclusive Deep-Space Astrophysics artwork featuring high-frequency transmission distortions across a stark interstellar void illuminated by radiant crimson and cyan data streams.
- ▪ The Pattern: Deconstructed vertical scanlines and fragmented pixel sorting that simulate deep-space telemetry signal breakdown.
- ▪ Color Palette: Deep cosmic black and stark monochromatic white contrasted against electric crimson and subtle cyan highlights.
- ▪ Aesthetic Profile: Interstellar Glitch, Cosmic Data Stream, Kinetic Minimalist.
The CASE·BOB Clear MacBook Case is a two-piece protective snap-on hard shell crafted from durable transparent polymer with a high-definition matte print finish. It provides everyday scratch, scuff, and minor ding defense while preserving the natural aluminum profile, port accessibility, and thermal ventilation of Apple MacBook Air and MacBook Pro laptops. (Laptop not included).
// TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Construction: Two-piece durable transparent hard shell (top lid + bottom plate) with integrated rubberized non-slip feet.
- Print Technology & Finish: High-resolution matte print finish applied directly to the top shell with a scratch-resistant protective clear coat.
- Port & Cable Clearance: Unobstructed cutouts for MagSafe charging cables, Thunderbolt/USB-C ports, and 3.5mm audio jacks.
- Thermal Management: Bottom plate features precision ventilation slots for continuous, unrestricted airflow and heat dissipation.
- Supported Form Factors: Precision-molded models available for MacBook Air (13.6" & 15.3") and MacBook Pro (13.3", 14" & 16").
- Installation: Tool-free snap-on micro-clips for effortless attachment and removal without scratching laptop edges.
// INTENDED USE & SCENARIO
- Best suited for: Professionals, creatives, and students who transport their MacBook in backpacks or carry-on bags and need reliable defense against scratches, key gouges, and desk friction while preserving laptop portability.
- Less suited for: Users seeking heavy-duty rubber bumper drop armor or water-sealed outdoor cases (this is a slim scratch-defense shell, not rugged industrial armor).
// PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Advantages:
- Transparent body allows the original Apple aluminum finish and branding to show through around the artwork.
- Dedicated rubberized base feet prevent accidental laptop sliding on smooth desks and conference tables.
- Maintains open access to all ports for multi-port dongles and charging hubs without shell interference.
Considerations:
- Adds a minimal layer of thickness (~1–2mm), which may create a tighter fit inside skin-tight third-party sleeves.
- Provides scratch and minor impact defense; not designed for drops onto hard concrete.
// FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Does this case cause the MacBook to overheat or block the cooling vents?
A: No. The bottom shell includes dedicated cutout slots directly aligned with the MacBook vents to ensure factory airflow and natural thermal dissipation remain unrestricted.
Q: Can I still plug in USB-C hubs, dongles, and the MagSafe charger?
A: Yes. The side perimeter is precision-cut to provide full, unobstructed clearance for MagSafe chargers, USB-C cables, and standard adapter hubs.
Q: How do I select the correct size for my MacBook?
A: Check the model number (e.g. A2337, A2941, A3114) printed on the bottom of your MacBook, and match your screen size (Air 13.6"/15.3" or Pro 13.3"/14"/16") in the device selector above.

EXPLORE OTHER SERIES
I would love to have the same floral design with more of the lavender surrounding the edges of the phone so I can see it all the time, not only when I turn it over.
However it is exactly what it was advertised to be.
Thank you.”
